ANALYSIS STRATEGIC OF THE NORTH SUMATERA PROVINCE GENERAL ELECTION SUPERVISION BODY IN CARRYING OUT SUPERVISION DUTIES IN THE 2024 REGIONAL HEAD GENERAL ELECTIONS

socialization and the formation of a supervisory network; (2) Violation Detection Strategy, by establishing a complaint post and online reporting system; (3) Enforcement Strategy, through a rapid verification mechanism and cross-institutional coordination. The study identified several supporting factors for the success of supervision, such as comprehensive regulations and information technology support, as well as significant challenges in the form of limited human resources and the geographic complexity of the region. The conclusion of the study shows that the North Sumatra Provincial Bawaslu has demonstrated a strategic approach in maintaining the integrity of the 2024 Pilkada, although there is still room for continuous improvement.
